Ch Landmark Magnum Stargazer CD RN NA CGC

Everyone knows this dog. Some people may not like small cosmetic things about him, but all will agree that he can move. He finished with 4 majors in 8 weekends, and was undefeated as a Special. He has sired PCA Award of Merit winners, class winners and placers. His grand kids are also winning and placing at PCA.

Magnum has greeted passerby’s at PCA for many years with a handshake, and if ignored, with a tap on the shoulder. His sound temperament and sence of humor are passed to his kids. He has produced Conformation, Obedience, Agility and Rally titled kids, with a burning desire to work.

Magnum was purchased as a Companion, but soon his potential was realized and serious training began. He has “partied” in the conformation ring with that certain gleam in his eye, “blazed” around the agility courses, and “pulled” himself together long enough to obtain his obedience title. He tried his paw at flyball, but had more fun being the “cheerleader”. A more competitive dog is hard to find. He took a few years off to complete his performance titles, then came blazing back into the conformation ring as a Veteran, winning Best Veteran Dog in PCA 2006 at 8 years old.  He just never quits.

Now Retired at 13 years old, he is enjoying life in the country with all the other Poodles, maintaining is “Top Dog” spot with just a look. He has the best position in bed at night, and has the best seat in the car. He still loves to go visit, however long trips seem to tire him a bit. He is the GRAND MAN in my life and has been special to everyone he meets. Everyone who knows him would take him home, and that just about says it all. He could not be loved more, and Yes, he can still move.
